Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

Corlentra builds connected operational intelligence systems for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how Corlentra collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use Corlentra websites, applications, dashboards, and connected integrations.

Connected accounting data: When a customer connects QuickBooks or another business system, Corlentra accesses only the data authorized by that customer and uses it to provide the requested operational intelligence, reporting, reconciliation, monitoring, and related services. Corlentra does not sell connected accounting data.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the services you use, we may collect:

2. QuickBooks and connected service data

If you authorize a QuickBooks connection, Corlentra may retrieve business records supported by the permissions you approve, which can include customers, invoices, payments, estimates, purchases, bills, vendors, employees, time activities, and related transaction or company information. The exact records available depend on your QuickBooks product, configuration, permissions, and the features you use.

Corlentra uses connected data to provide features such as business-history reconstruction, accounts-receivable visibility, job and customer linkage, labor and cost analysis, operational dashboards, exception detection, and evidence-backed business insights. We do not use connected accounting data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

4. AI-assisted processing

Some Corlentra features may use artificial intelligence to help organize, summarize, classify, extract, or explain business information. Corlentra is designed to distinguish source facts from calculations and AI-generated inferences where those distinctions matter. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before material business, financial, legal, employment, or safety decisions are made.

5. How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, including with infrastructure, authentication, security, hosting, integration, communications, or AI service providers acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell personal information or connected business data.

6. Data security

Corlentra uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, least-privilege integration design, protected credentials, audit logging, and encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

7. OAuth credentials and tokens

When you connect a third-party service through OAuth, you authenticate directly with that provider. Corlentra does not ask you to provide your third-party password to Corlentra. Authorization tokens and related connection credentials are handled through protected integration infrastructure and are not intentionally exposed in ordinary application data or user interfaces.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit requirements, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. A customer may disconnect an integration at the provider or through available Corlentra controls. Customers may also request deletion of data that Corlentra controls, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit-retention requirements.

9. Your choices

You may choose not to connect a third-party system, revoke a connection through the applicable provider, or stop using Corlentra services. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding certain personal information.

10. Third-party services

Connected services such as Intuit QuickBooks operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Corlentra does not control the privacy practices of third-party providers. Connecting a service authorizes Corlentra to interact with that provider only within the permissions granted and the functionality requested by the customer.

11. Children's privacy

Corlentra's business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Corlentra evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
